Meet Our Leadership Team
Pete and Elaine Giacalone – Lead Pastor and Wife
Pete and Elaine Giacalone joined our staff in 2020. Pete Glacalone came to
know the Lord at the peak of the Jesus movement in the early 70's. After
salvation Pete entered Central Bible College where he received his B.A. in Bible.
He has served as Assistant Pastor and Youth Pastor.
Jonathan and Jessica Hunt – Youth Director
Jonathan and Jessica have been running our youth group since April 2021. As full-time YWAM
staffers, we are honored to have them a part of our team! Along with leading the youth group,
Jonathan runs a basketball outreach, and Jessica plays acoustic guitar and leads worship.
Jon is a LA Lakers Fan, and Jess loves to hackie-sack.
Luke Walden – Executive Pastor
Luke Joined our staff in February of 2020 and has a heart to see people effectively walking in
their God given Calling. He oversees the Creative Team and helps execute the Vision of the
church as a whole. He and Wife, Breanna, were married in 2019 and consider it an honor and
joy to serve together. Luke is a huge Boston Celtics fan and loves a fresh pair of sneakers.
Kayla Creamer – Family Life Director
Kayla Creamer has served as the Family Life Director at South Hills Assembly since July 2022 and
oversees all children and family ministries. She and her husband AJ met at the church in 2010
and now have three children together. Kayla is currently working on her degree in Ministerial
Leadership at Southeastern University. For fun, she enjoys reading, playing volleyball, and
collecting houseplants!
Breanna Walden – Discipleship Pastor
Bre joined our staff in January 2018 and has a passion to see people connected to the heart
of Jesus. She oversees our connections teams, our discipleship groups and leaders, and our
prayer team. She and her husband, Luke, were married in 2019 and consider it an honor and joy to
serve together. Breanna loves to travel and is always down for a great book or podcast.
Pat Sutton – Building Administrator/Grief Share Pastor
Pat joined our staff in 1997 and has been serving the body faithfully ever since. She oversees the care of our campus, facilities, and property owned by the church. and has a passion to help those who are hurting or dealing with loss by Pastoring our Grief Share Support Group. Pat is a total animal lover. She has one cat of her own but cares for every living creature, big or small.
